FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: device for granulation has plate 1 with cradles 2 for bar placing, knives 7 radially located to axis of rotation, adjoining plate 1 with space f and equipped with rotation drive. New feature of the device is that knives 7 are fastened at height h equal to that of granules over disk 6 equipped with through windows under cutting part of knives. Bars are collected into bundles with dimensions D•L and are inserted into removable cases 21 fixed along circumference D1 coaxially to cradles 2 of plate 1 on rotary girdle 18 mounted on axis 19 fastened with plate 1. One face end of bar bundles contacts with disk 6, the other face end with pushers 23 movable under constant load, providing for displacement of bundles in cases 21. Besides, pneumatic cylinder is used as axis 19 of girdle 18. Pushers 23 with loads 24 are suspended to rod 20. Rakes 15 placed into collector 12 of granules equipped with discharging hole 13 are fastened on disk 6 from the side opposite to installation of knives 7 and between them. Each case 21 is equipped with removable slide valve mounted into transversal through slot for the slide valve to rest on girdle 18. Plate 1 has channels for feeding compressed air to working area of disk 6 contacting with face ends of bundles. Plate 1 is mounted on stands 3 regulated in height to provide for its displacement relative to knives 7. Collector 12 is fixed on plate 1 and has additional branch pipe 14 for feeding heat carrier into it. Inactive surface of disk 6 has through holes. Effect is achieved by dividing overall charge into separate encapsulated portions with comfortable and safe method of their thermostatic control, transportation and cutting as well as by means of device depressurization during break down.
