FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: raw material mixture is spread into collapsible mould consisting of detachable border rigging and tray on which wheels are mounted. Border rigging represents framework on which borders are hinged. At least one of borders of border rigging is mounted for turning around vertical axis by angle not less than 90^o . Guideways on which tray wheels are disposed, are mounted on the framework of border rigging. Main part of raw material is moulded. Then the fixation of borders is removed to dismantle the mould. One border is turned around vertical axis by angle not less than 90^o and the tray is rolled out along guideways. After the mould is dismantled the tray and border rigging are transported each on its transport way, the tray with material onto the post of cutting, of autoclave processing, to storehouse of ready-made products and after discharge to the line of mould assembly and return. The border rigging is transported to the line of mould assembly and return where the mould is cleaned, is assembled in negative sequence in relation to its dismantling and is lubricated. The innovation can be realized simpler, more efficiently and with maximal productivity if one uses vibrational or percussive technology of moulding, if the borders are mounted with offset of center of gravity, if the border fixation is carried out with the help of shut-off parallelograms. The transport ways are made in the form of guideways. The mould, tray and border rigging are equipped with wheels and are transported with the help of pushers. The traveling between any posts can be carried out with the aid of transfer truck. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture. 11 cl, 5 dwg
