FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: conveyor line for manufacturing of cellular concrete products comprises trolley moulds, transport tracks for movement of moulds, the following stations arranged in technological sequence - pouring station, cellular concrete mass moulding station, soaking station, form removal section, massif cutting station, autoclave treatment station and mould assembly section on transport route of trays return. Conveyor line is equipped with device for reverse canting of massif, which is located downstream station of massif cutting. Conveyor method for manufacturing cellular concrete products comprises preparation of raw mixture, its pouring into mould, moulding, massif soaking, canting and removal of form, cutting of massif into products, autoclave treatment of products, assembly of form on transport route of moulds return. After operation of massif cutting, massif is canted back into horizontal position.
EFFECT: improved quality of products, increased efficiency and complete automation of production.
