FIELD: process and equipment for building materials production, production of light-weight cellular concrete pieces in particular. SUBSTANCE: conveyer method of cellular concrete pieces production provides, that raw material mixture is cast in formwork made of unsplit part and longitudinal detachable side. Detachable side and formwork bottom have wheels. Formwork and material are transported between process operations on guides. After mixture casting, shaping and mass holding formwork is rolled by guides in tilter, in which it is tilted on detachable side. Then formwork is dismantled, material using detachable side is transported by guides, cut for pieces and subjected to autoclave treatment, After pieces unloading formwork is cleared, assembled and greased. Mass shaping, as versions, is exercised by vibration or impact methods. To produce reinforced pieces bars are preliminary mounted in formwork. For mass tilting they use apparatus, that has tilter and formwork. Tilter has body, that has inner cavity and is capable to turn by 90 deg around axis of cavity. As a version body is made as spatial frame. Inside body there are guides for formwork wheels and fixers for formwork. Guide in tilter are mounted with capability to shift perpendicularly to axis of cavity for distance exceeding side width. Formwork fixers allow shift of unsplit part of formwork in respect to detachable side. In the case there is possibility to dismantle formwork inside tilter. Detachable side locks are mounted on formwork, that have turning levers and rollers for detachable side pressing to unsplit part of formwork. Method and apparatus allow to produce reinforced cellular concrete pieces with improved qualitative characteristics with increased productivity, decreased metal usage for equipment production and on smaller production areas.
