FIELD: oil wells. SUBSTANCE: chamber accommodates a stack of sealing washers enclosing the rod and pressed by a clamping device for adjustment of the force of clamping to the rod. Flat wedges of the stack are directed with forces one another. The stack of wedges accommodates a stack of cylindrical washers made of non-elastic wear-resistant compound and being in contact with the respective wedge separately. The wedges are installed for radial movement relative to the chamber. The clamping device is made in the form of pistons aligned with the axis of rod section for each set of pistons, under which preliminarily compressed springs are installed and pressure of sealing medium is supplied. The internal hole of washers coincides in shape with the rod cross-section. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 dwg
