FIELD: valves and fittings.

SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use as bypass valve for liquid and gaseous working media. Proposed magnetically controlled valve has housing, spring-loaded shutoff member with rod, seat, washer made of magnetic material and fitted on rod, two ring magnets, and single-step throttle in form of throttling disk. Single-step throttle is installed in through section of branch pipe of seat and is rigidly connected with shutoff member. Housing consists of base with partition in which seat is secured, first bushing with rigidly fastened magnetic circuit and second bushing turned on thread into base with rigidly secured magnetic circuit and turned through thread into first bushing, cup with screw device for adjusting preliminary compression of spring loading shutoff member turned through thread into second bushing. First and second bushings are installed for displacement along thread to adjust axial clearances between washer in its extreme positions, and magnetic circuits. Displacement of washer rigidly secured on rod from one extreme position to the other is limited in one direction by stop of shutoff member thrusting against seat and in other position, by thrusting of bead of rod against partition of housing base.

EFFECT: enlarged sphere of application of magnetically controlled valve, facilitated adjusting and increased accuracy, reliability and quality of operation valve.
