SUBSTANCE: device has controlled valve and current sensor connected in series with circuit whose first lead is connected to that used for connecting input d.c. voltage supply; control input of controllable switch is connected to current supply output; control lead of controllable valve is connected to first lead used for connecting control supply, and through controllable switch it is connected to vacant lead of current sensor; second lead of series circuit is connected to output lead used for connecting electrical installation; point of connection of controllable valve and current sensor is connected to second lead used for connecting control supply through adjustable resistor whose control lead is connected to vacant lead of current sensor.
