SUBSTANCE: device includes steam distributing collectors arranged on surface of soil, tubular extension pieces 4 submerged into soil, steam-feeding coupling 2 with sealing collar 3 attached to upper end of extension piece 4 which decreases leakage of steam. Lower end of it carries multistep cylindrical bush which biggest diameter has helical grooves providing for tangential blow-out of steam when bush is set by means of thread inside conical member of bigger diameter and communicating through dosing holes with space of tubular extension piece.
