SUBSTANCE: method involves exsecting mandibular fragment to the articular process together with tissues of retromolar area, chewers and adjacent parts of the maxillary alveolar process, stomatopharynx, soft and hard palate. The defect is covered with mucomuscular grafts taken from lateral surface of the tongue and cheek. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
