SUBSTANCE: method involves using free gastroepiploic complex on feeding limb to form microvascular anastomoses between the left gastroepiploic artery and vein and branches of exterior carotid artery and vein. Tongue is repaired, volume-and-space defect of oral cavity fundus soft tissues and mandible is substituted by applying omental portion of the graft to be along the line of defect perimeter. External skin integument is repaired by applying autodermoplastic method. EFFECT: improved functional results. 2 dwg
