FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oral and maxillofacial surgery, and can be used for revascularization of autograft in the maxillofacial area. Access to the facial artery and vein is performed from the side of the oral cavity with an L-shaped incision of the buccal mucosa, at a distance of 0.5–1 cm from the excretory duct of the parotid-masticatory salivary gland in the projection of the facial artery at the angle of the incision in the direction of the retromolar region. Then, a mucous flap is made. After that, the cheek muscle is cut and the facial artery is exposed in the fatty tissue of the cheek under it and the facial vein is exposed in its lateral position. Lastly, a tunnel is formed under the buccal mucosa from the L-shaped incision to the defect, through which the artery and vein of the autograft are conducted to the facial artery and vein, followed by the imposition of an anastomosis between them.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the functional and aesthetic effect, a quick and accurate release of the facial arteries and veins due to access to the facial arteries and veins from the side of the oral cavity.
