SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology, maxillofacial surgery. A muscle flap is formed from the medial portion of the masticatory muscle and a fat flap from the Bish's fat body, corresponding in area to the size of the defect. The fat flap is rotated into the retromolar region. The muscle flap is rotated into the area of ​​the cheek defect. The fascia of the muscle flap and the fat flap are fixed with the edges of the oral cavity defect along the perimeter and the integrity of the oral cavity, the muscle component and the internal lining of the oral cavity and soft tissues are restored. The operation is completed by layer-by-layer suturing of the wound in the oral cavity and on the neck, leaving tubular drains.

EFFECT: method allows to simultaneously eliminate extensive defects of the cheek and retromolar region after removal of tumors with restoration of soft tissues, internal lining and integrity of the oral cavity due to the use of locally displaced flaps, thereby reducing the period of rehabilitation of patients and reducing the invasiveness of the operation.
