FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: proposed preparation is used in adults and children as a component of infusion therapy by intravenous route. Daily dose for adults and children is 5-20 and 5-10 mg/kg, respectively, for 3-5 days. Preparation is an aqueous solution of salts: sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride and sodium acetate. Preparation is used for correction of an aqueous-electrolyte balance and metabolic acidosis. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of agent proposed.
