Abstract RU 2699222 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to resuscitation, surgery, therapy, and can be used as a salt electrolyte solution (SES) for conducting enteral infusions in resuscitative, surgical, traumatologic, burn, neurological and therapeutic departments. Proposed salt electrolyte solution (SES) for enteral infusion includes sodium chloride, sodium acetate, potassium chloride, sodium phosphate, magnesium sulphate, calcium chloride and water, with the following ratio of components, wt%: sodium chloride 0.072–0.452, sodium acetate 0.021–0.420, potassium chloride 0.025–0.233, sodium phosphate 0.115–0.475, magnesium sulphate 0.051–0.320, calcium chloride 0.045–0.355, distilled water – the rest. Salt electrolyte solution may additionally contain pectin, inulin and glutamine, as well as citric acid as a stabilizer.

EFFECT: implementation of the invention enables efficient regulation of water-electrolyte balance of macroelements during enteral infusion, enables to significantly reduce the level of endogenous intoxication and promotes recovery of the intestinal barrier.
