SUBSTANCE: invention is a multicomponent infusion solution that can be used in the treatment of diseases and conditions associated with the need to correct hypovolemia, hypoxia, shock, electrolyte disturbances, intoxication, acidosis, and ketosis. The solution consists of the following components (in wt.%): sodium L-arginine succinate — 1.500, xylitol — 10.000, sodium acetate — 1.500, sodium chloride — 0.600, potassium chloride — 0.300, magnesium chloride — 0.200, calcium chloride — 0.100, water for injections — the rest.

EFFECT: use of the proposed infusion solution allows, due to the selected ingredients of the composition and their ratio, as a result of the effect of mutual supplementation and potentiation of each other's action, to obtain the following effects: hemodynamic, detoxification, antihypoxic, antioxidant, energy, antiketogenic effect, as well as neutralization of metabolic acidosis, restoration of microcirculation, perfusion tissues and rheological properties of blood with low-volume administration.
