FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: for treatment of different autoimmune diseases (multiple sclerosis, rheumatic arthritis, etc.) trophoblastic beta-1-glycoprotein (TBG) is proposed as a medicinal agent. TBG does not show any allergic reactions, it induces SUPPRESSOR activity of lymphocytes in patients with autoimmune diseases and used as immunocorrecting preparation. Optimal doses of TBG are 3-120 mcg which is administrated by parenterally or intravenously routes. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of agent. 5 cl, 1 dwg
