SUBSTANCE: method involves intratonsillarily introducing light guide into superior, middle and inferior part of tonsils to a depth making a half of cross-section thickness (diameter) and acting in periodical pulsating mode with laser beam having wavelength of 1.32-10.6 mcm, power from 10 to 40 W at the moment of introduction and during 3-4 s at each point of the parenchyma.
