SUBSTANCE: heat- and mass exchanging apparatus has housing with mass-exchanging stages and branch pipes of the inlet unit provided with dispensing device made up as a spiral guide plates. The plates are arranged radially at the same level opposite each of the diametrically arranged tangential branch pipes for supplying a raw material. The plates are provided with dispensing parts at the apparatus inlet. The dispersing parts are made up as cantilevers with sharpened face edges. In addition, the plates of the dispensing device can be bent over the conical trancated surfaces of different diameters. The greater base of the cones are positioned from the bottom of the apparatus.
