SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rectification, absorption, and other heat and mass-exchange processes and consists in that a member of irregular charge contains casing in the form of surface of revolution with apertures and blade folds located inside the casing, and casing of each charge member is made in the form of hemispherical surface of revolution whose end may be made with raised edge. In one embodiment of invention, casing of each charge member is made in the form of closed surface of revolution, whose ends are formed with folds of a part of side surface of casing whereas casing may be spherically or conically shaped.
