FIELD: heat-mass-exchanging processes. SUBSTANCE: fitting on for heat-mass-exchanging apparatuses has package, made of fixed to each other in their upper and lower parts layers of threads with canals for feeding and discharging liquid in the fixed parts. Fixed upper and lower parts of layers of threads have latticed supporting sites with bent ends located in fixed parts. In the case middle part of package is provided with distributors of liquid and limiters of engaging motion of threads. Distributors and limiters are made in the form of latticed sites of layers of threads. In the case canals for feeding and discharging of liquid in fixed parts are made both of separate layers of threads and with different height and width of latticed sites and of gaskets of capillary-porous material placed between layers of package.
