FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: heat-mass-exchanging apparatus has: body with mass-exchanging stages provided with discharges of liquid, feeding branch pipes with distributors of raw material and products removing branch pipes; distributing device made in the form of spirally bent guiding plates, that are fanshapely located between feeding branch pipe and central discharge, on outer surfaces of which plate type dispergators are located as cantilever. Dispergators are placed in parallel to guiding plates in formed by them spiral canals. In the case spiral guiding plates beginning and end sites are fixed as cantilever. Besides, as a version, plates of distributing device are located at an angle to axis of apparatus and twisted along conical truncated surfaces, main bases of which are located from side of apparatus bottom and cantilever sites of spiral guiding plates are made with butt sharpened edges.
