FIELD: filtering materials production. SUBSTANCE: initial polyethyleneterephthalate film is irradiated by high-energy ions of heavy metals. Sensitization of tracks is exercised by ultraviolet light. Then tracks inching is exercised by solution of inorganic reactant simultaneously with ultrasonic oscillations action on the film under temperature of 60 - 90 C during two stages. First canals with size of 0.3 - 0.5 from required diameter of membrane pores are produced. Itching products are removed by deionized water. Then process is continued till required size of pores obtained. Wastes of reactants are neutralized, membrane is washed by water, sterilized by water anolyte with pH of less than 5 and dried. EFFECT: increased quality of track membranes.
