FIELD: manufacture of membrane materials for ultra- and micro-filtration of liquid and gaseous media; medicine, bio-technology, pharmaceutics, microbiology and food-processing industry.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes radiation of polymer film with accelerated charged particles, sensitizing by radiation in ultraviolet range and treatment with etching reagent. Then, film is successively treated with polyethylene amine solution and polymer solution for reduction of sorption ability of material of film relative to proteins and ferments. Before treatment of film with polyethylene amine solution and polymer solution, it is additionally treated with alcohol solution. It is good practice to use aqueous solution of polyethylene amine at concentration no less than 0.01%. Used as polymer solution reducing the sorption ability of material of film to proteins and ferments is aqueous solution of polyethylene amine at concentration no less than 0.01% or aqueous solution of polyvinyl pyrrolidone at concentration no less than 0.01% or aqueous solution of heparin at concentration no less than 0.01%. Duration of treatment of film by each solution does not exceed 1 min. Membranes thus obtained possess minimum sorption ability relative to protein compounds necessary at plasmapheresis, at filtration of medicinal agents, vaccines, serum lactis and various drinks.
