FIELD: mechanics; filtration.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of membrane materials intended for ultra- and microfiltration of liquid and gaseous media and may be used in medicine, biotechnologies, pharmacology, microbiology, food industry. The method incorporates irradiation of a polymer film with accelerated charged particles, the film sensibilization by irradiation in UV range. The irradiated film is further on processed by an etching alkaline agent and by adding a neutral electrolyte in concentration of 0.1-3 mol/l. Thereafter, the is subjected to a consecutive processing by a polyethylenimine solution and a polymer solution to reduce a sorption capacity of the film relative to proteins and ferments. The proposed invention allows a tangible increase in diffusion of modifying solutions brought about by varying the pore inner electric field size and reducing the colloid particle size, the colloid particles being composed of modifying agent macromolecules and hydrated shell.
EFFECT: increase in the membrane modifying solution diffusion.
