SUBSTANCE: line for production of red food color from fruit-and-berry residues has successively installed rotary-cavitation extractor with means for supply of water and residues, filtering, ultrafiltering and reverse-esmosis plants and food color collector, and also source of liquid carbon dioxide connected with disperser installed in the lower part of rotary-cavitation extractor.
