SUBSTANCE: line comprises: mixer; water source coupled with mixer; fermentation tanks; dehumidifier distillation column with dephlegmator; liquid/solid phase separator; drying unit; carbon dioxide-extraction unit; liquid carbon dioxide source; neutralizers; and sedimentation centrifuge. Extraction unit includes extractor, evaporator, and condenser connected to form recycle circuit. Drying unit is made as a driven worm with axial channel disposed in case with inlet and outlet ports and enclosing ultrasound emitter with rod-like concentrator of longitudinal oscillation. Free end of the latter is placed in outlet port of case to form annular gap. There is also a camber connected with above-mentioned outlet port. Neutralizers are provided with dispersers, and mixer with bubbler. liquid carbon dioxide source is connected with case of drying unit and dispersers of neutralizers. Neutralizers and drying unit chamber communicate through gas phase with mixer bubbler. Drying unit chamber has exhaust nozzle and pulverizer with inlet and outlet ports connected, respectively, with material supply means and chamber.
