FIELD: computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two random-access memory units, which have unit for display of information stored in them, optoelectronic neural unit with digital counter. Third and fourth random access memory units, which have units for storing and displaying optical information. Introduced third random access memory unit is optically connected to optical output of first random access memory unit, output of third memory unit is optically connected to optical input of optoelectronic neural unit. Device provides possibility to perform analog neural computations and digital information transmission operations between memory units and main computer in parallel. EFFECT: increased speed. 2 dwg
