Optoelectronic memory unit for storage of information about processed array with distributed information, and four controlled optical units for generation of flow of parallel optical signals and for visual indication of frames of processed arrays of distributed information . Optoelectronic and controlled optical units of transputer are optically connected in parallel. Polychrome optical signals are used for information transmission between units, This results in possibility to process distributed data flow by optical methods. Device provides possibility to be used as transputer unit in optoelectronic neural processors, which are used in neural computers for processing distributed data arrays with images.
