FIELD: computer engineering, in particular, neural computing structures. SUBSTANCE: device has operation unit which has group of operation nodes and connection medium for operation nodes. In addition device has data input unit, data output unit, optoelectronic checking unit, unit for exchange of information arrays between operation unit and data input and output units, five groups of compositional information carriers which provide information transmission between latter three units. Compositional information carriers are made from compositional materials which provide generation, capturing, dissipation and multiplication of neutrons. Unit for exchange of information arrays between operation unit and data input and output units has two groups of code-controlled units for movement of compositional information carriers. Output of each unit of first group of code- controlled units for movement of compositional information carriers is connected to one compositional information carrier from second and third groups. Output of each unit of second group of code- controlled units for movement of compositional information carriers is connected to one compositional information carrier from first, fourth and fifth groups. Inputs of code-controlled units are connected to bus. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 4 dwg , 2 tbl
