FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing passage of soil through working tool cutters so that soil daytime surface is smooth and intermittent staggered microcells are formed on bottom of tilled layer. Water is absorbed by soil and retained in microcells to prevent it from being washed out. Working tool cutters are declined from hub rotation plane and are staggered relative to adjacent working tools.
