Sowing machine comprises frame-installed support-driving and back wheels, seed box with sowing units and their drive, packing rolls, reducer of sowing units drive, mechanism of treatment depth adjustment, jacket, milling section. Milling section has working elements in the form of disks with soil tillage knives. Knives are arranged in the form of quadrant plates of ellipse with concave-convex working surface, starting from the side of blade of small axle of quadrant plates of ellipse.

EFFECT: using invention will make it possible to reduce energy costs and to increase extent of soil milling.
