FIELD: fishing industry. SUBSTANCE: float has semi-submersible vertical cylinder of total length equal to 2.2-2.4 of designed amplitude of wave and three-dimensional lens-shaped or cylindrical damper whose volume is equal to 1,8-2.2 of cylinder submerged portion. Float is made of light material with specific buoyancy of 10-12, for instance of polystyrene foam, and is coated with tight protective film. It is expedient to place metal members inside float to impart rigidity, ballasting and attachment of fishing tackle members.
