FIELD: warning markers. SUBSTANCE: warning marker includes floating vertically oriented base with flat or bulk passive-active damper and ballast secured to bottom of marker; draft of said base ranges from 1.35 to 1.5 of design wave amplitude and upper edge of passive-active damper is located at distance from sea surface no less than 1.2 to 1.3 of design wave amplitude. Watertight part of this base has height of 1 to 1.5 m; it is provided with radar reflector and light optical apparatus. Solid ballast is made in form of flat disk whose diameter is indicated in formula given in Invention. Said damper has down bevel at angle of 20 to 30 deg; flat vertical dampers are mounted between this damper and solid ballast disk. EFFECT: reduced break-off forces and wind loads in swell. 3 dwg
