FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has flexible nonconducting catheter with current conducting knife, guide member with olive at its end and unit forming working organ made in form of several conductors coated with thermal and electric insulation material. Their distal ends are electrically connected with the knife and the proximal ends are electrically connected with conduction line placed in the catheter. The knife and spiral are manufactured from material possessing thermomechanical shape memory properties. One of the conductors is common use conductor forming electric circuit with the knife made in form of string. The electric circuit is independent with respect to the electric circuit between the common and the rest of the conductors. The cross-section ratio between the common conductor and each of the rest of the conductors is equal to their number. The common conductor is manufacturable as guide member so that the unit forming working organ is movable along it. Spring made from material possessing thermomechanical shape memory properties is mounted between the working organ and the olive. The current conducting knife can have several strings. An additional spring is mounted between the proximal ends of the knife and the unit forming working organ and the conduction line. The strings are manufacturable as spiral coil and positionable between the conductors. EFFECT: excluded visual control over knife bending; satisfactory rigidity degree of the system. 6 cl, 5 dwg
