FIELD: medical technics. SUBSTANCE: device, designed to be used in urological operations, contains extractor covered by thermally and electrically conducting material and fastened on supple hollow catheter, guide with olive on its end, and controllable power source connected with extractor via multicore cable covered by low-friction insulating material. Extractor structure in the form of pear-shaped basket with expanded part on the side of catheter is also possible. On the free end of extractor, sleeve gasket with through hole centered with regard to hollow catheter is set up, and on the opposite end, in the fastening unit, a bushing is located. Sleeve gasket may be made from Teflon or fluoroplastic. Guide may either be passed through sleeve gasket and longitudinally displaced along extractor or additionally be passed through hollow catheter and bushing.
