SUBSTANCE: device includes transducer composed of dielectric case, flow and nonflow chambers that house electrodes every second one interconnected into groups in each chamber and forming capacitors connected to differential inputs of two amplifiers and through diodes placed in forward direction connected to heterpolar outputs of pulse generator. Outputs of amplifiers are connected to differential inputs of third amplifier which output is connected to unit for conversion and output of information.
