FIELD: natural minerals benefication. SUBSTANCE: production line for rock benefication has measuring in doses mechanism 1; conical hydraulic size screen 2; multiproduct hydraulic classifier 7 with loading branch pipe 23, unloading branch pipe 8 and discharging branch pipe 33; vibrating screen 12; blade-type mixer 19; circulating water supply system 25, 26, 27, 28, 34; ready product small size fraction collectors 31, 32 and ready product big size fraction collectors 16, 17, 18; barren rock stores 13, 14, 15, 29, 30; collecting-discharging capacities 11 with control valves; hydraulic crusher 21; gold separating pipeline 3 with shutting branch pipe 6. Hydraulic classifier 7 separate material for five fractions, that are going to unloading branch pipes 8. Using unloading branch pipes of hydraulic classifier 7 two upper sections, concentrate is coming in collecting-discharging capacities 11 and then - to vibrating screens 12, where ready product - gold concentrate of fractions of 0.025 - 0.063 mm and 0 - 0.025 mm and barren rock of 0.063 - 0.25 mm and 0.025 - 0.063 mm size - is separated. Gold concentrate goes into collectors 31, 32 and barren rock - into collectors - barren rock stores 29, 30. Using unloading branch pipes of hydraulic classifier 7 three lower sections concentrate goes into blade-type mixer 19. Drum-type gold separating sluices 9 are located at inlet of mixer. Separated in sluices 9 gold concentrate with big share of gold goes through unloading branch pipes 10 into collecting-discharging capacities 11 and from there - to vibrating screens 12 for dispersion and dewatering. Gold concentrate is fed into collectors 16, 17, 18, that are used accordingly to collect fractions of 0.63 - 1, 0.25 - 0.63 and 0.63 - 0.25 mm, and barren rock - into stores 13, 14, 15, used accordingly for sizes of 1 - 3, 0.63 - 1, 0.25 - 0.63 mm. Discharge of hydraulic classifier by branch 33 is fed onto gold pan out site 28. From mixer 19 product goes to crusher 21 and after comminution it is fed back into classifier 7.
