FIELD: ozonization of atmosphere. SUBSTANCE: oxygen- containing gas at a temperature of not below the oxygen condensation point is compressed before its outflow to the nozzle supersonic area, and at the outflow in the supersonic area atomic oxygen is additionally generated and/or introduced. The latter is generated and/or introduced at an excess concentration at least in one of the sections of the nozzle supersonic area. Generation and/or introduction of atomic oxygen can be accomplished by a shock or steady shock. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 4 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
