FIELD: mechanical engineering; plasmodynamic ozone generators. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes passing oxygen-containing gaseous mixture through plasma generator and cooling resultant flow of atomic oxygen by admixing it with ejection flow containing molecular oxygen. Extra gain in efficiency and ozone yield is attained by cooling atomic oxygen flow in intermediate heat exchanger and gas flow at outlet from admixing region in outlet heat exchanger. Better efficiency of plasmodynamic ozone producer is achieved by consecutively cooling gas flow in intermediate heat exchanger having glazed heat-exchanging surfaces as well as in supersonic ejector and outlet heat exchanger.
