FIELD: water supply and water treatment. SUBSTANCE: non-purified water is separated into two flows, the first flow is passed through a filter, the second flow washes off microorganisms and organic matters retained in the filter, the second water flow after washing-off is fed for treatment with ozone-containing gas, and after treatment with ozone-containing gas the second flow with ozone dissolved in it is returned to the process cycle, and gets mixed with non-purified water before filtering. The second flow is treated with ozone-containing gas until the concentration of pollutions is reduced to the level of non-purified water supplied for purification, and suspended solid particles are separated from water.
