FIELD: wastewater treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for purifying and disinfecting waste and produced waters from a wide range of contaminants in order to reduce the hazard class. The method includes mechanical purification of water from solid inclusions, homogenization, alkalization, treatment with cavitation, a rotating magnetic field with ferromagnetic elements to obtain a suspension, ozonation, filtration and separation of fractions. Waste and formation waters are alkalized with a solution of calcium hydroxide Ca(OH)2 (5% solution 500 ml per 1 m3) until a suspension is obtained. Then, the water is supplied to a separator to separate solid waste and then remove it. Then cavitation treatment of wastewater is carried out in an apparatus with a vortex layer of ferromagnetic elements. Then the water is supplied to a flotation unit, where the water is purified to 85-95%. Then ozone is supplied to a storage tank with chemical cleaning by oxidation. Next, the water flows to a mechanically purified charging filter and a charging filter with a carbon bed to clarify the purified wastewater. Afterwards, filtration is carried out using a sorption filter and ultraviolet treatment of wastewater. Disinfected water is subjected to a biological purification method by draining it into a contact reservoir.
EFFECT: increasing the speed of purification and disinfection of liquid media and increasing efficiency.
