FIELD: waste water treatment. SUBSTANCE: to shorten process and increase disinfection efficiency by means of increasing oxidation degree, waste water flow is passed first through choke gauze filter, whereupon stream is treated in series by ultrasound, ozone-containing gas, and electric field and postpurified by ultrasound, ozone-containing gas, and far ultraviolet radiation under continuous agitation of thin layer of stream. Drain under treatment, when hydrodynamically moving because of changed reactor bottom slope and changed height of treatment zones' disposition, displaces by gravity from upper level of collector located at reactor inlet to lower discharge level. In the case of great height gradient, pumpless treatment schema is possible. EFFECT: optimized cleaning program for individual drains owing to introducing block treatment system enabling setting physical parameters for equipment operation. 3 dwg, 2 tbl
