FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: device for primary processing of nuts is made as a preliminary peeling and calibration separated furnished with sieves having round and oval meshes, which are installed in such a manner that in the first stage nuts pass through the sieve with round meshes, in the second stage - through the sieve with oval meshes, and in the third stage-again through the sieve with round meshes; the meshes in the above sieves have a size decreasing at a transition from the first stage to the subsequent ones; the separator has ducts for removal of fine and medium fractions connected at the outlet to the loading hoppers of installations for hulling of fine and medium fractions respectively, as well as ducts for removal of coarse and finest fractions connected at the outlet by means of additional accumulating hoppers for coarse and finest fractions, respectively, with a loading hopper of installation for hulling of coarse and finest fractions; the above installations for hulling of coarse and finest, medium and fine fractions at the outlet, in their turn, are connected to the loading hoppers of aspiration devices for blowing-off of coarse and finest, medium and fine fractions, respectively, which at the outlet, through a common duct, are connected to a successively mounted installation for separation of the "jacket" from the nucleus and a press; besides, installed at the outlet of the aspiration devices are sieves for separation of unhulled fractions and means for their conveyance to the respective mentioned installations for hulling, and at the outlet of the aspiration device for blowing-off of coarse fraction provision is made for parallel-installed sieves to pass coarse and finest fractions, respectively.
