FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: installation for liming of diffusion juice has a liming tank made as a vertical cylindrical vessel with a tapered bottom separated by partitions into communicating sections and furnished with an impeller agitator and branch pipes used to feed prelimed juice into the lower part of the vessel, lime milk and discharge limed juice from its upper part. The installation is furnished at least with one circuit using a pump for intake of juice from vessel sections, ejector for injection of air into juice connected to the pump, chamber for desorption of ammonia and accompanying gases from juice, separator for removal of liberated gases placed over the chamber, and pipe-line for recirculation of juice to the section located above the section from which juice has been extracted, which is connected to the separator.
