FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has fibrous product discretization unit with discretization roll, removable carding disks positioned on shaft and adapted for removal of filaments from discretization roll, core thread bobbin holder and twisting-winding unit. Removable carding disks have 1-3 rows of teeth or needles positioned on side surface and inclined in direction opposed to that of rotation of carding disks. Grooved washers are disposed on shaft at the side adjacent to carding disk ends between bobbin holder and twisting-winding unit. Grooves of washers are adapted to guide core threads to twisting and winding unit. Filaments are removed by core threads rotating about their axes from teeth or needles of carding disks. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
