SUBSTANCE: decoupler has portion of conducting plane between decoupled antennas mounting impedance structure in the form of spiral cylindrical conductors whose length is smaller than or equal to λ/2 and external diameter is λ/4,, where λ is working length of waves arbitrarily oriented and not projecting above surface incorporating antenna apertures.
