FIELD: agricultural engineering, tools for surface cultivation. SUBSTANCE: frame is made of flexible high-strength solid skeleton-multilayer transportation band on which sectional ski-type planers are installed in front portion in direction of harrow movement. Connected to flexible skeleton in staggered order from below are required number of self-cleaning teeth and at the rear, in direction of harrow movement, sectional levelling rods are secured to skeleton. Harrow is designed for use with implements for presowing treatment of soil, treatment of clean fallows with high quality of clod breaking and weeding out and thorough levelling of field surface by wear resistant self-cleaning working members which do not require repairs over their service life. EFFECT: provision of reliable operation under any conditions without repairs for 10-20 years; possibility of storing under any conditions without special preparation for storage and maintenance in storage. 3 dwg
