SUBSTANCE: cultivator with a set of knife roller discs for vertical or horizontally inclined tillage “VIKOST” is designed for intra-soil rotational tillage with rolling and compaction of the surface layer of soil as a continuous wide-coverage, in the arable season, and narrow and medium strip processing in the plant period of crops, between their rows, as well as with simultaneous mowing and embedding weeds and last year’s remains into the soil. As a result of the direct movement of the equipment and the greater deepening of one part of the disk from the reactive forces occurring with the soil, the disk receives a circular rotation, in which the protruding part of the blades of the disk above the soil is treated with the above-ground layer and fine intra-soil loosening, and the more buried part of the disk circumference is loosened deeper with mixing soil mass particles and crushing roots with weed stems and last year's remains, which are embedded inside the soil.
EFFECT: provided are expansion of design, technological, operational, productive and environmental capabilities.
