FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: cultivator comprises disks, frame mounted on wheels with spring suspension at the back for installation of two-roller tubular trail or tubular rack. Rack is arranged with rectangular section and has a mount slot for installation and fixation of sowing devices or two-disk ploughshares or sowing device or trailed sowing machine. In lugs of frame for tools installation there are separate stands mounted in the middle part. Stands have elastic bushing elements, which provide for operation under vibration conditions. At lower ends of stands there are disk tools installed. Each tool consists of flat round disk, in the centre of which there is a driving hole arranged. Two-sided face is arranged for the whole thickness of disk to create a cutting edge. On disk along circumference there are mount holes arranged to install body with bearings and replaceable working elements. Disk has evenly installed through threaded mount holes for installation of sections and needle-knife tillers. Section of needle-knife tillers consists of race with mount slots. Race assembled with needles and knives is rigidly fixed to cover. Two-sided face is arranged in cover along external radius to create a cutting edge. Working ends of knives and needles that protrude from race are bent down from vertical axis to the outside of disk and from each other. Along with direction of tool rotation, front ribs of knives and needles are arranged as convex, and in cross section of working part they have shape of rhomb with sharp working edges. Side ribs of needles in cross section are arranged along radius with sharpened end. Needle and knife tillers may be arranged on disk in different versions. Tool is equipped with segment cogged levelers installed on one or both sides along disk edge. Each leveler consists of four identical segment parts. Each segment part consists of flange welded in the lower end to arched tyre. In tyre on outer surface there are cogs inserted. At the bottom cogs are arranged as cone-shaped with sharpened ends arranged below cutting edge of disk. Complete tools are mounted with the possibility of rectilinear operation or operation at the angle of attack by means of rotation of stands that bear tools in cultivator.
EFFECT: such design will make it possible to expand cultivator functionality due to provision of seeds sowing simultaneously with soil cultivation and to improve quality of soil surface levelling by pulverisation.
