FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method comes to forming clamp on specially prepared site and covering the clamp with heat insulating material. Soil of site under clamp base is frozen in winter to accumulate cold and is warmed by straw in spring. Warming layer of straw is removed in summer, green grass bulk is placed in layers on frozen soil alternating grass layers with straw layers. Cold carrier bus thermally connected with frozen soil is placed inside green mass layer. Clamp is covered with straw and film from outside and then is compacted by polyplastic cables. In autumn, at frosts, clamp is pulled off the site and special cold radiators are installed on site to freeze the soil and accumulate cold and thus prepare site for fodders of the following year. Gaseous preservative agent can be introduced into formed clamp. Cooling agent can be introduced into soil prior to freezing. Freezing of soil and cooling of buses placed in layers of grass bulk can be carried out with supply from artificial cold source. In periods of storage clamp can be subjected to periodical vacuum treatment. EFFECT: enhanced quality of coarse fodder. 13 cl, 4 dwg
